We have centralised secure patient records that are accessible from anywhere. This way we have all your data accessible at every consultation, everywhere. This prevents multiple duplication and waste, and is extremely efficient. We will also provide you a summary of the healthcare record we have on you. Our 24/7 secure phone helpline will provide you with valuable healthcare advice from trained healthcare professionals. We also have colleagues and partners working with us. They will provide you with excellent care, at a fraction of the cost that is available elsewhere, with a minimum of 25% savings for you. Our partner consultants, labs, hospitals, pharmacies, etc are all held to regular strict benchmarking quality measures. We truly aim to set new high quality standards and benchmark outcomes for other healthcare providers to meet.

2. Why should I not visit a hospital or my local doctor?
See answer to Q.1. You can choose your doctor and your healthcare provider! But we wish that you will try us first, you will hopefully stay with us for your care.
3. How is care provided by you? What is the process exactly?
You register with us online, by phone, by post, or by email. We will contact you immediately by your preferred method of choice. After that we start an online medical record for you, visit you, take history, examine you, and do the necessary tests required, prescribe the necessary medicines, and provide the appropriate care that is needed. If you need further specialist intervention, we identify that and organise that for you. If you need further operations, hospital stay, etc, we identify that and organise them for you. Remember, all this care will be with our partners, who are rigorously vetted and held to high standards. Essentially, we will take care of all your health needs. We will also deliver all your medicines to your home. All follow ups and records will be updated immediately at the point of care. This will ensure that your medical record is up to date all the time. You or your family can access your records from home, online. 4. What care packages and services do you offer? What are iKindness care homes?
Our care packages are the cheapest in the country. We intend to provide good conscientious care to our patients. Profit making is not our first priority, caring for people is; making lasting relationship is, providing the best care needed is. Our residential care homes provide care for those that need it. Home visiting care cost around Rs 350 per visit and care homes cost Rs 8000 per month. See Care Packages, on our website.

No, nothing specific. However, if you keep your records, reports, medicines, health aids, etc at hand, it is helpful. Be relaxed and at ease.

Obviously, providing antenatal care and intensive care at home are not the same, and have different challenges. Our residential care homes provide affordable care for one and all.
